Madison Seating Returns and Refund Policy

At Madison Seating, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.  

Return Eligibility:

• You may return most items purchased from Madison Seating within 30 days of the original purchase date.  
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.  
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number) when initiating a return.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please visit the returns page our website and fill out the return form. You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack Your Return: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship Your Return: Madison Seating will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

• Return Shipping: Madison Seating covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.  
• Non-Returnable Items: Currently, all items purchased from Madison Seating are eligible for returns.
