At Madison Seating, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Return Eligibility:
- You may return most items purchased from Madison Seating within 30 days of the original purchase date. Â
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Â
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number) when initiating a return.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please visit the returns page our website and fill out the return form. You will then receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Your Return: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Madison Seating will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes:
- Return Shipping: Madison Seating covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund. Â
- Non-Returnable Items: Currently, all items purchased from Madison Seating are eligible for returns.
